Digital Menus for Dubai Hotels and In-Room Dining

Run every outlet and every room from one dashboard, each with its own menu and QR code — and let guests see each dish life-size in 3D before they order.

One property, five menus, five reprint cycles

A Dubai hotel of any size runs an all-day dining room, at least one specialty restaurant, a pool or beach bar, a lounge and room service — often a Friday brunch on top. That is five or six menus, five or six price lists and five or six update cycles.

Printed, that means a reprint across the property every time a supplier price moves or a dish is dropped. Here each outlet is a separate menu with its own theme and its own QR code, all under one dashboard, and a change is live on the next scan. The printed cards on the tables never change, because the code points at a live menu rather than a file.

In-room dining is where a 3D menu earns its keep

A guest ordering to their room is making the least informed decision in hospitality. They cannot see the dish, cannot judge the portion, and cannot glance at the next table. It is the order most likely to disappoint and the one guests most often size wrong.

A 3D model removes both problems. The guest rotates the dish, sees the real portion, and can place it life-size on the desk in front of them before ordering. Nothing is installed — the card on the desk opens the menu in the phone browser, which matters for a guest who landed an hour ago and has not connected to anything yet.

Brunch, Ramadan and seasonal menus without a reprint

Dubai runs on seasonal formats more than most markets: Friday and Saturday brunch, Ramadan iftar and suhoor menus, summer offers, festive menus. Each traditionally means its own print run and its own lead time with a designer.

You can build these menus ahead of time and publish them when you are ready, then switch back afterwards. Individual items can be hidden or marked sold out without deleting them, so a menu you use twice a year stays intact between uses.

Longer stays mean your menu gets read more than once

A guest eating with you four nights in a row reads your menu four times and will notice if it is thin. Photos that flatter one dish and ignore twenty others become obvious by the second night.

Because 3D models are generated from a single photo in a couple of minutes, modelling the whole menu is realistic rather than a project. Unlimited items and unlimited models are included in the plan, so there is no reason to cover only the hero dishes.

What the front office does not have to do

Guests do not create an account, do not log in and do not install anything, so there is no support burden at the desk and no guest data to manage. What you get back is aggregate: menu views, QR scans, and which dishes guests open in 3D most often.

That last number is worth watching. The gap between what you push and what guests actually want to look at is usually where the menu needs editing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can one property run several outlets from a single account?

Yes. Each outlet has its own menu, theme and QR code, managed from one dashboard. Multi-outlet properties and chains are priced per venue with a lower cost per branch — send your outlet count and we will quote it.

Does it work for room service specifically?

Yes, and it is one of the strongest cases for it. Put the QR card on the desk or bedside table; the guest opens the menu in their phone browser and sees each dish in 3D at true size before ordering.

Can we prepare a Ramadan or brunch menu in advance?

Yes. Build it whenever you like and publish it when you are ready, then switch back afterwards. Items can be hidden or marked sold out individually, so seasonal menus survive between seasons.

Is any guest data collected?

No account, no login, no personal data. Reporting is aggregate only — menu views, QR scans and the items most often opened in 3D.

Does it integrate with our PMS or POS?

It runs independently and does not require integration. That is deliberate: it means you can put it in one outlet this week without a project plan. It sits alongside whatever systems you already operate.
