Sharing cuts and the table argument
Tomahawks, porterhouses and chateaubriands are sold to a table, not a person, and the conversation is always the same: is that enough for three of us. Nobody at the table can answer it, so the table splits into two safer orders instead.

Sourcing, grade and halal certification belong on the item
Dubai guests ask where the beef is from, whether it is grain or grass fed, how long it was aged and whether it is halal certified. Right now that answer lives with your server, which means it is given inconsistently and only when someone thinks to ask.

Sides and sauces are ordered blind
Sides are the quiet margin in a steakhouse and they are the part of the menu guests understand least. A truffle mash and a side salad are the same three words on a page, and the guest has no idea whether either is worth twenty-five dirhams.

Can we show the raw cut as well as the cooked plate?
Yes. Each item supports several images and 3D models, so you can show the raw cut, the plated dish, or both. For dry-aged and premium cuts the raw model is often the more persuasive of the two.
Where do doneness, ageing and sourcing information go?
In the item description and ingredient fields, alongside calories and allergens. Guests see it in their own language without having to ask a server, and you can edit it at any time.
Will guests really use a 3D menu in a fine dining room?
They already have their phone out. The difference is that here they use it to look at your food instead of somewhere else, and the interaction is short — most guests view a cut, decide, and put the phone down.
Does it replace our POS?
